Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Brooksville Suncoast Parkway

The front desk people were wonderful, especially the evening team. Loved the fresh popcorn. And the warm herbal tea and the decaf coffee in the evening were helpful and added to the coziness. The room was pleasant and the beds were comfortable. My only wish would be to have a way to warm up the bathroom in the morning and to have more hand held shower heads available. Everything seemed very clean. The breakfast was nice also and had vegetarian options, including the yogurt. This is not far from Weeki Wachee and their mermaids, the Pink Dinosaur, and Bushnell National Cemetery.

We recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Brooksville, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience.||Pros:||Clean and well-kept property: The hotel is clearly well-maintained, and everything from the lobby to the rooms was spotless. It had a welcoming atmosphere and felt fresh throughout our stay.||Friendly staff: The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free.||Fitness Center: The fitness center was as expected for a hotel of this type. It had a couple of treadmills, elliptical trainers, a recumbent bike, and free weights. Everything was clean, and there were clean towels available, plus filtered and bottled water to keep hydrated. Always reliably good. Everything seemed clean. Room comfy, but aircon really noisy and it wasn’t possible to switch it completely off at the wall. (I think I would have had to climb underneath to switch off plug, which seemed dodgy.) Not much sleep due to noise. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast good, waffle maker, fresh fruit, good coffee.

Rooms were nice, most of the staff was great. Checkout time is 10 and we have our cards 10 minutes before requesting them back due to an appointment we had in Brooksville being pushed back and we were told we could wait in the lobby with my wife and 3 daughters. My youngest is 8 months. We thought we were doing them a favor by cleaning the room, putting all sheets in a pile on bed and because my appointment got pushed back and was out of my control, that 10 minutes of not holding onto the card key forced us to leave as we’re not going to sit in the lobby with an 8 month old and two pre teens for them to do nothing for 2 hours. We could’ve atleast had the card key, changed the girls into their bathing suits and went swimming or something. Doesn’t matter, not coming back to Fairfield Marriot
