Richland Riverfront Hotel and Conference Center, an Ascend Collection Hotel

We stayed at the Richland Riverfront Hotel for a union event, traveling over 200 miles to get there. The drive took a little over five hours due to construction, but it was very scenic, and we even spotted a few places to stop at on the way home. The hotel itself is beautiful. We arrived late, but check-in was quick and smooth, with staff who were polite, kind, and welcoming. Checkout was even easier. The hotel offers more than just the basics—there’s a continental breakfast that goes beyond coffee and cereal, and the food catered for our event was absolutely delicious. Amenities were a highlight. I recommend anyone looking for a comfortable clean escape to stay at Richland Riverfront Hotel. Check in was easy, staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. Very happy with our double queen room. Room was clean and had everything we needed. I was very satisfied with our stay, plus the complimentary hot breakfast they provide was great! Not disappointing at all.

The room was very clean, beds very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing!!! The Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The room was quiet and was able to get a great night sleep. It was the most pleasant hotel stay I have had in a long time.

The hot water in room 115 was scalding hot, probably more than 140F! we could easily have burned ourselves

heater makes very bad noise every time it turned on, shower took 5 minutes to get hot water, shower head could not be adjusted and water pressure was alot and spraying everywhere, bathroom smelled moldy and we purchased two ice cream drumsticks that were stale, broken to pieces.....the ice cream was good, but that is about all. Room was fairly clean, but dusty.
