Resort City Inn Coeur d'Alene

Great place and location. Rooms are well kept and beds are very comfortable. This was our second time staying here to watch the Christmas holiday parade and lightening ceremony in downtown We stayed on the second floor in the room closest to the parade route on Sherman Ave. Watched the parade from our balcony. Had the best seat in town.! We plan on making it a tradition to stay every year during the parade.

Nice quiet inn. Room was clean and up to date. Fridge was cold , shower had great water pressure. Best pressure for hotels i have experienced. Maid service was great, kept me supplied with coffee and hot chocolate cups during my stay. Actually the coffee and hot chocolate was won of the best tasting. Thanks for a great stay

This Motel is wonderful. It is centered in the middle of CDA. It’s so clean and the staff is so very professional but so cordial and accommodating. I would recommend this Motel to everyone I know. Great job!!!

The problem was the price we paid on trip.comwas $60 dollars American more, then walking into the hotel and paying at the front desk I went to trip.com to get a savings And instead I paid $60 American dollars more than arriving at the hotel and paying at the front desk, without a reservation. It completely defeats the purpose of utilizing trip.com to save money on a motel. Better to go to the hotel site and see what they have to offer. I sent a message to trip.com and I never got a message back. I was hoping for some sort of compensation. Sincerely J.R

Run down. Door was banged up. Carpet were moist & room smelled like smoke had gotten into it. Decided to give it a chance- took a shower & noticed a loose bulb in an open hole on the ceiling that looked like it was going to crash down when I turned the fan on. Turned the fan off in fear I’d have a problem, and noticed that steam could trigger a fire alarm. Decided not to stay- handed the key in and left without staying more than 15 min. . Front desk offered me another room. At that point I was disgusted and didn’t feel safe. Management did nothing to meet me half way with a refund. The place needs work, but otherwise could be really charming. I wouldn’t bother.
