Residence Inn by Marriott Wayne

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel was spotless throughout my entire stay. The housekeeping team was extremely meticulous and did an outstanding job keeping the room perfectly clean every day. The rooms were very comfortable, and the location was excellent — conveniently situated and close to everything I needed. After checkout, I had a small issue and reached out to the hotel. They responded immediately, resolved the problem without any delay, and informed me right away once it was taken care of. I truly appreciated their efficiency and professionalism. The staff were incredibly attentive and caring throughout my stay. Thank you so much for everything. I will definitely be coming back and can confidently say I will stay at this hotel

This was a nice place to stay - reasonably priced and convenient for our travels. We were traveling with 2 dogs and this spot had a reasonable pet fee (unlike the other places we were considering, which had outrageous fees). Our bed was comfortable and room was clean. Room had a gas fireplace for nice ambience. Overall satisfied, would stay there again.

Lovely place. Family friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable with a hob, fridge, iron, and hair dryer. They have a laundry on the 2nd floor, which is available 24 hours, which is very handy. I would highly recommend this place for families with children. My daughter has allergies to certain food, so this hotel was a blessing as I could cook for her without being worried about what she would eat.

Ignored by Management and Mishandled Billing – Brides Beware: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE My experience at this Residence Inn was extremely disappointing. I was ignored by Lindsay via email despite multiple attempts to resolve a duplicate charge and an ongoing almost $300 hold on my card. During my stay, I even went to the front desk at 1:00 AM to resolve the issue the bride was having, only to be met with rudeness, no resolution, and complete inconvenience on the morning of the wedding, when I needed to be at the venue by 8:00 AM. I was wrongfully told about hotel policies requiring additional ID proof, and when I asked to see those policies, none were provided. I was later told I could, in fact, use the original card that had already been authorized which should have never been switched to the

I was worried about this hotel after reading reviews. We have to stay at hotels when visiting family in the area. I was ready to write Wayne off after striking out at so many hotels in the local area. This was the best hotel we stayed at in the area. I would stay here again when visiting the area.
