I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at this establishment. I came here with my family expecting a safe, clean environment, but what we encountered was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, the first room we were given had an unbearable odor and visible stains throughout. Hoping for a better experience, we requested to switch rooms, only to find that the second room was just as bad stains everywhere, a terrible smell, drains that didn't work, and a toilet that wouldn't flush. When we reported these issues to the staff, we were told there was no maintenance available and were moved yet again. The third room was the worst of all. This is clean hotel but one that's stuck in 80's decor. The room was decent but walls are so thin that you can hear every sound coming from the other rooms! The bathtubs needs to be replaced. On the positive note, it was great to have breakfast included , that's something I really appreciated! It was decent for the $$ spent!

Wasn’t looking for anything fancy, just a clean space to stay two nights. Noise levels were good and front seemed fine. Weird that they asked for both our IDs because of “town ordinance”. Room seemed fine at first but the smell of we dog crept up and never let out. The carpets are probably never cleaned. The bed linens were clean and bed was adecúate. Bathroom was pretty clean and OK. The coffee machine didn’t have the tray needed to function. I think it needs better cleaning overall. What I found while looking out the window pretty much made me wanna leave right away. Not coming back.

Positive: That a refund was issued. Negative: Insects, broken toilet seat, dried vomit on the side of the bed, unvacuumed floor!

Worst hotel (motel) I’ve ever stayed in. I had a last minute trip planned so at first glance this place seemed okay. Once my family and I arrived, our room smelt like weed, then they moved us in another room but that rooms toilet was clogged already and the shower was flooding. Our last room was when we drew the line when we found bed bugs and the ceiling had a huge scratch with paint peeling. My family and I went to the front desk immediately and when I showed the photo of the bed bugs they reacted like they see this all the time and they did not care. It didn’t even phase them. They just offered another room. I demanded a refund and they denied me. Horrible staff, disgusting rooms, even the outside looked ghetto. Trashy, lazy, dirty, bug infested motel, don’t waste your money here.
