Walls were covered in what looked like dry vomit, there was ashes all over a non smoking room ( now my fiance is getting breathing treatments from all the smoke) behind the bed oh man there was empty cups, roaches ( end of a marijuana joint ) & some type of pills. The tv worked when it wanted the internet worked when it wanted. I would never recommend or stay here ever again. I had to come home & shower instantly. Management is terrible they say oh the boss will be here at 9 we waited till nine then it turned to 10 now it’s he won’t hear till next week. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE & THE DISINFECTANT YOU’LL NEED at home.

Disgusting and filthy hotel. Dirty soiled sheets with food particles still on bed with sheets turned inside out. Shower head was full of dirt hanging down and recess full of hair. When asked to do a room move, denied point blank and asked to leave. When we said we had nowhere else to go, then told they can’t do anything with our accommodation. When asked for clean sheets was informed it will take 20 minutes to bring up. When sheets were finally given they were too small for the bed. We did what we could, to sleep. All our queries were shown to the two receptionists that came up. Every single dirt and filth was shown to them, they shrugged their shoulders and said they can’t do anything about it.

I came by to visit family and needed a place to crash for a couple of nights. Not bad because the guy behind the desk helped me get a room that was reserved for someone else and gave it to me. Size of the room and bed was good for 2 people and the sheets were nice and clean. Bathroom was new, fresh and clean. Prices were not outrageous either for a Tuesday ($100). Tons of great places to eat nearby especially since Willowbrook mall is behind the hotel. Got Olive Garden, Yard House, BWW, Cheesecake Factory, Taco Bell and what not.

Was OK, not good or bad either way.

Walls show damage, the bed is horribly noisy, woke up with a rash on my chest. First room the there was no lock on the door, mold coming from the shower head, dirt on the floors. Second room same shit. Curtain is also broken. If I knew this place was such a dump I would have never booked. Snacks and drinks are cheaper at a wawa. I ended up cancelling my extra stay till sunday and had to pay one night fee but honestly worth it to go to a better place. DO NOT recommend at all.
