We went on a staycation for my son’s birthday and all he wanted was to swim in a pool. Best hotel choice ever. The pool was super warm on one of the coldest winter nights I have ever experienced. The room was clean, modern and spacious and had games on TV for kids to keep themselves occupied. It had everything we needed and worth it for the price. But the best experience was with the people. Robert was such a warm and genuine presence who made sure we had a fun and smooth stay. Will absolutely recommend this hotel and will be back!

Positive: Staff were great. Everyone very friendly.The breakfast was good. Best thing about it was there were 3 waffle stations. So no long lines waiting for waffles.Right next door to a shopping mall with TONS of places to eat. ASK HOW TO GET THERE first Negative: ""

We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s birthday at Nickelodeon universe located at the American dream Mall, which was the reason for our stay because the location was close by. We also booked it based on the pool and unfortunately the pool was a huge disappointment! The water was cold and cloudy! It had way too much chlorine in it. It made our eyes bright red and burning irritation to our skin. The pool shower did not work and the pool bathroom was very dirty. Other than that our room was very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast provided was great for families. Coffee was hot and fresh every morning.

Very clean room with excellent accommodations. I traveled with my family of 4 adult people and the room was large and the pullout comfortable. I found the full sized table (under the desk), full refrigerator and curtain room divider so helpful. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a good variety of food so that we were full for the morning travels. There was a large eating area with plenty of eating room. Parking ample. Gym very nice.

Love this hotel! The hotel was hard to access/find, but overall, this was my BEST HOTEL STAY experience EVER! Jackie at the front desk, just awesome! The room was so cozy and clean. Staff, Friendly. I rate this particular hotel overall a 10 plus. I can't wait to stay again. Home2Suite in Wayne, NJ, is the best.
