Courtyard by Marriott Wayne Fairfield

COMFORT AND UNDERSTANDING! This was an amazing experience. I was so drained and needed a break. I needed a quiet place to just relax and deflate for a minute and this Courtyard was so accommodating and understanding. Deborah at the front desk was such a pleasure to talk to. She felt familiar and so kind and down to earth. She payed attention to detail and cared about EVERY patron including the kids. Her presence made me feel so comfortable. I absolutely LOVED my stay at this Courtyard Marriott. Thank you! ☺️

Came to the Marriott for the reasonable price and availability during a hockey tournament. Taking the time to post because they are a FANTASTIC team that goes above a beyond with smiles on! As I was leaving for a day in the city I asked for a little birthday sign in my daughter’s room. Instead we returned to a room to celebrate in! Decorations, candy, munches, paper goods…far above and beyond! She was surprised and felt so special. Thank you for making my 12 year olds day on our multitasking weekend!!!

This hotel needs some serious maintenance attention. The room had a strong mildew smell. Outside of the room the ceiling had a hole in it with apparent water issues. The bathroom was in serious need of some bleach and caulk. Our toilet wouldn’t flush properly and we told the front desk about it but no one ever came to fix it. The sheets were stained with someone else’s blood. We used points for this stay. I would never pay to stay here. ||I wish Marriott would properly vet these hotel management companies and remove the flag/franchise option when they can’t hold the property up to brand standards.

Very nice hotel and clean. My only critique would be that the pool was very cloudy and it didn’t seem like the filter was running, which was a little disappointing.

I didn't stay here but I want to give kudos to Amr at the front desk. My girlfriend was going there on a work trip and I wanted to send a small amenity to the room before she arrived. He let me know they don't really do that but suggested I DoorDash something. That honestly worked out a lot better. Amr hand wrote a personal note for me and hand delivered the DoorDash to her room before she got in. Keep in mind this was all happening from the West Coast via telephone. 5/5 Stars to Amr for going above and beyond. True hospitality.
