Quality Inn Wayne - Fairfield Area

I called 3 times one before I booked to make sure they will have 2 rooms next to each other for us to stay next to our kids. Every time I called they said yes you will have these 2 rooms next to each other and when I asked for the names of who I was talking to they refused to give out their names. We came and the rooms were not next to each other and the whole motel does not deserve to be called hotel quality inn. The beds are in an old old shape bowing down the hvac window units thermostats are not working. The sheets had tears , holes and reaps on them. Towels had stain on them . The rooms are not clean. The water was not warm enough for shower in this cold winter. We had to put a towel at the bottom of the door inside to cover the big gap under the door letting a lot of cold air into t

Positive: Nothing. The room conditions were completely unacceptable and, thus, we chose to go to another hotel. Negative: Busted, rusty thermostate (with a missing cover), leaking bathtub faucet (constantly running), chipped/damaged furniture, white stain down a wall, holes in a sheet, debris in the sink, and the free soap was left on the bathroom floor. Rusty lamp bases.

The room had been booked for two people and a service animal for a period of two weeks. Upon arrival, following a stressful housing situation, we discovered that the bed frame was queen-sized, but the actual bed was a full-size, springy mattress that bounced excessively with even the slightest movement. The television displayed a pixelated image, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak. Furthermore, the toilet failed to flush properly, the sink drained slowly, and the shower only reached lukewarm temperatures. After lodging a complaint, we were relocated to a different room. Initially, we were pleased to find a comfortable king-size bed, but our satisfaction was short-lived, as I discovered a deceased cockroach on the floor, followed by two more, in addition to other unusual, fly-like insects. This place is terrifying... they actually had BLOOD on the bedsheets like someone had been murdered on them. The room also came complete with a broken toilet, a broken dresser, a non-working hair dryer, and a moldy personal coffeemaker. Lastly, the connection between the TV and the cable was broken so the TV was useless. I told them about all these items but no action was taken. They didnt even rectify the broken tv. And to top things off, during the night, there were multiple cockroaches in the bathroom. It was out of a horror movie. Just a nightmare...super gross and despicable. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!!!

I would like to speak with someone from the hotel. Our experience was horrible. I know you get what you pay for but my god. 1. Door didn’t open easily, had to get key reprogrammed for it to work. Had to wait in line for 15+ minutes for this. 2. No shower curtain so couldn’t shower. 3. Supposed to have a queen bed but it wasn’t. The bed frame was also basically broke. 4. Bathroom door had marks all over it some looking like blood. When I went back to get help with the key I asked for a different room and got a passive response about the hotel being full. Which I understand but there really was no care to the issue. I think if even just the interaction had been better I wouldn’t have such a negative opinion.
