Residence Inn by Marriott St. Louis Westport

We stayed here in January and Nora and all the staff we encountered were very nice. The room was clean, and enough room for my husband and I. We were pleased to have a decent sofa area to relax instead of just sitting on the bed and there was plenty of desk space for my husband to work remotely. The kitchenette was a nice plus as well. The bathroom was nice with a wonderfully large walk in shower. The location is great, close to all major highways and plenty of other dining and shopping. We will stay again!

Terrible experience. Multiple issues with the direct billing. The front desk has zero hospitality. When I called while working to ensure the billing issue was resolved, no one answered the phone. As a business traveler, I would avoid this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast is self serve packaged items, but a large variety. Pool is salt water and limited to 12 people at a time, so was hard to get into in the weekend evenings. During the day was not a problem. Loved having the kitchen with dishwasher and laundry access. I was able to wash clothes and wet swimsuits before packed family up for the long drive home. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay without being downtown.

All of the staff here makes sure you are taken care of. Even things I wouldn't think of or ask for, they genuinely want to help with. Highly recommend this hotel! Treran at the front desk is amazing! I trulely wish I could remember everyone else's name as everyone on staff here is so nice and caring. They make me feel like home away from home.

I've selected short and longer stays here because the staff is incredible. For me, relaxing in the lobby after work talking with this team is like being home, and the grill area is great. Cook meals, sufficient fitness room, onsite laundry and welcoming people. Top of my list when I travel to St. Louis. I give this Residence Inn the highest recommendation because I care about feeling at home when I'm away from home. Please share this review with the amazing staff and recognize them accordingly.
