Residence Inn by Marriott Shreveport Airport

Positive: The staff WELL MANORED, PROFESSIONAL not to mention very handsome young man! Negative: Well one of the Spanish girls, I asked about ice she replied (while shrugging her shoulders) I don't know! Now when you don't understand something you ask!

The hotel was a little older, but not too bad. The people at the desk were wonderful at all times. The location is good because it's easy to get to everywhere. Breakfast was okay nothing special. But it was there, and we enjoyed it.

Nice place for a longer stay. I was just there for one night, so did not use the kitchen area of the room. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice. Overall, could use some paint and maintenance to make it not seem so old and worn.

This place was really dirty, the night stands had food, drink and whatever on them. The bathroom counters had toothpaste from another guest. The freezer had food spilled in it and the bottom of the freezer door was filthy. I can’t understand the 4.0 rating because it’s a 1 at best.

The hotel was really disappointing. I woke up early to exercise, but the gym was closed and no one at the front desk could open it. My room smelled like mold, and the shower floor was dirty. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience.
