I just have to take a moment to shout out the AMAZING team at Residence Inn by Marriott! 🌟 Miyah, Hannah, and Sam truly made my stay unforgettable. From the second I walked in, they greeted me with the biggest smiles and the warmest energy. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were next level. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do. Every question I had was answered with patience, every request handled quickly, and they made the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming. It’s rare to come across service that feels both polished and personal — but they absolutely delivered. Thank you, Miyah, Hannah, and Sam, for going above and beyond. You all are the definition of amazing hospitality! I’ll definitely be back! 🙌🏾✨

My experience here was met with nothing less than kindness and pure southern hospitality! Sam and Miyah were the highlight of my family’s hotel stay. Their courteousness allowed our stay to feel relaxing and almost like home. The housekeeping staff and the cooks were very generous and put the work in to help the hotel look as great as it does. Kudos to everyone that helped our stay!

Positive: Rooms were large and clean. Nice quiet hotel in a nice area. Negative: Housekeepers are in uniform while front desk wear jeans, a hoodie, no name tag & don't introduce themselves. Second shift guy watches tv on his laptop. He rushed through my checkin & barely spoke to me cuz the big game was on. Not marriott standards.

This location is great, very well maintained, clean, and the staff were amazing, professional, and courteous. My family and I did have a minor inconvenience with our first room, but the staff handled it immediately and made us feel welcomed and grateful for their service. Our was very spacious and very well kept, with everything we needed on our stay. Additionally, the peace and quiet is always welcomed, I did not hear any of the other guests, which is very helpful for light sleepers. The location has a variety of eateries and activities nearby, and large stores were approximately 15mins away, which was great for us. 10/10 highly recommended and will stay again.

I stayed at the Residence Inn Jackson/Airport Pearl for a month while deployed with FEMA. Overall, the hotel is comfortable and clean, and I would recommend it—but with some caveats.||The front desk staff was very professional. Sam stood out for his exceptional hospitality. He made it a point to recognize me and other guests daily, adding a personal touch that made a big difference.||Unfortunately, housekeeping did not meet expectations. I had to frequently request basic items—even after full service was completed. The housekeeping manager was often present when I expressed concerns but didn’t appear to take action.
