Days Inn by Wyndham Pearl/Jackson Airport

Very disappointed. Room dirty, bed sheet dirty, shredded toilet papers on floor, WiFi never working. When complaining the WiFi not working, the front wanted me to call a 1-800 number directly. I waited for more than 15 minutes and decided to give up.

This is a weird review.. any star above 1 is to no fault of the owners. I stayed 3 nights at this sleeping hole and the location was convenient with lots to eat in the immediate area. I didn't pay much for this room so I didn't expect much. 1. Does the bed function? Yes. 2. Was there minor appliances? Yes. 3. Do you feel like you'll get shot here? Eh, it was fine. 4. Does the management see you as dogs? A smidge above. 5. Does the a/c work? Yes. I'm very conflicted bc clearly they do not take any sort of pride in what they do whatsoever but on the other hand I slept, I didn't get robbed, and the location was good. I'd prefer to give this 2.5 stars but as previously stated, to no credit of the management. Bare minimum effort reflects the bare minimum prices.

The rooms are absolutely disgusting. I went to the office. The lady put me in another room. That room was disgusting, so I went to the office to get a refund. The lady didn’t know what she was doing. I woke up the next morning after getting a room elsewhere to only realize she charged me twice. I would not at all recommend this motel. It’s nasty, and both of the rooms I was put in smelled like mildew and mold.

Nice clean budget hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Very convenient to shopping and the interstate. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area. There was lots of good restaurants in the area as well

The room was not cleaned properly. There were bullet casings in the room, a ring in the tub of dirt, the toilet had stains on it from dirt and there was toilet paper stuck to the floor. The worst part was the possible black mold on the vent in the bathroom.
