Hampton Inn Jackson/Pearl-International Airport

Nice quiet room, comfy bed, a/c worked well. I arrived at 1am & the lady checking me in was very nice. Free breakfast had omelettes, sausage patties, & home fries... It was good. There's a coffee bar in the lobby. I was merely passing through, but I'd stay there again if I was in the area.

One word—bedbugs! I checked in here for two rooms. Mine was fine (comfortable bed, decent shower), but at 11:30 my traveling companion in a different room discovered bedbugs. After some back and forth they got moved to a bug-free room. Otherwise, the rooms were decent—clean, plenty of outlets, working air conditioning.

There was a ladybug infestation in 302 Thankful it wasn't roaches or bedbugs. We were able to move rooms. 308 was better but the outlets were so loose and the USB outlets didn't work. So I had to charge my phone in the restroom. Breakfast was fine. When the toilet clogged I was given a plunger that was broken. Many of the lights didn't work. I informed the desk and they said they were going to tell maintenance.

This place is so run down. Third time staying here in a few weeks time and every room had issues. Lights don't work, peeling paint, stained carpet and broken blinds, TV didn't work, stained towels, empty shampoo bottle. Needs updating and major to minor repairs. Too expensive for the quality of a Hampton
