Best Western Airport Inn

Do not stay here! I was in the room long enough to take a shower, when I got out I started to notice roaches! Not 1 or 2 multiple!!! On this pillows on the bed on my shirt I had just set out! We had to leave at 2:30 am and could not find another hotel all while having my 2 year old with me! When we got there the lady at the desk was asleep and when we told her about the bugs she was unbothered. 2/4/26

My sister and I stayed at this Best Western Airport Inn, Pearl, MS October 2025. My sister was bitten by a bed bug. We took photos and a video of the bed bugs and immediately checked out. We informed the front desk clerk and showed her the photos. She provided an email address to contact and we were advised that a manager would contact us but that never happened. We were not refunded any money and the local and corporate office did not seem to concern about this issue.

Positive: The breakfast was cool. Sausage, egg omelet, ham, bagels, cereal, and waffles. Pleasantly surprised by the arrangement since it's such a small hotel Negative: Cleanliness was off to me. Kinda look like a rush job. Used Soap from the previous stayer was still in the shower. I could see long strands of hair by the shower. So mopping or cleaning of the shower had taken place. The actual room looks a lot smaller

There was stains on my sheets,towels, the floor needs to be mopped, cause I don't know if there was sauce or blood that has permanently edged it's way in there. But, the shampoo and washing utensils worked and weren't broken, shower actually warmed up and fridge and TV were operating perfectly fine.

It was mostly a good stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast ok. I slept well. Only discrepancy I had was that they wanted to copy my driver license. I let them verify my ID but refused to let it be copied. They let it go. I'm a rewards member with a credit card on file. They don't need a copy. No law forces you to let it be copied. They already had all my info and I am sure they can't guarantee that the info will be stored securely. I would stay again but don't ask to copy my driver license
