Worst stay. The AC got cold but didn’t pull the humidity out so everything in the room felt damp and sticky. We were planning on staying all night but left at 4:00 am because we weren’t sleeping anyway. Too miserable. Room was large and looked clean but smelled damp like dirty carpet. Really need to have the AC fixed. When I checked out the lady said she’d report it but that didn’t help us.

Positive: The employees and bar/restaurant Negative: They have a real problem with keeping noise level down. Experienced it last time we there from room above. This time it was a couple in the hall.

We had driven all day from North Carolina, so we were very ready to fall into bed when we finally arrived in Jackson. This was a really good location, just off the interstate, but close to shopping if that's your thing. This seemed to be a little nicer than many Holiday Inns I've stayed in, yet very good pricing. The bar/restaurant was really hopping when we checked in, but everything else was super quiet. We had a good night's sleep, which is all we really wanted.

A solo woman traveler, I will unfortunately never stay here again. I drove from out of state and arrived here around 12am. Parked in front of the hotel to check in, everything was fine. Man at the desk was a little odd but friendly. Needed to move my car and all parking was full so I had to park far away in the back behind the building. Which would’ve also be fine, but I was then approached by a suspicious man calling me baby, asking to talk to me, and walking fast towards me. I ignored him and jogged to the front of the hotel trying to get away. Maybe he meant well, but I’m not sure what you think is going to come from approaching a random woman in a dark parking lot at midnight begging to talk to her.. I thought this hotel was supposed to be in a decent location….? This whole interaction
