We were making our way to Tennessee yesterday (2-13-26) when we decided to shut it down for the night. Well with it being Valentines weekend alot of places were booked. After searching for a while I decided that this place would work for the night. We checked in and got to the room which was a little warm so I went put the air on. After a hour it was still warm in the room but getting better so I thought. Needless to say that was as good as it got and we didn't do much sleeping. The next morning we woke up to go grab breakfast downstairs and check out. Another disappointment of course they had cereal no milk, coffee pots no coffee, water dispenser no water. I do not understand the poor reviews on this hotel. I had a room on the top floor facing the parking lot and it was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the highway and all of the surrounding businesses. Breakfast was not gourmet however it was also not just pastries and coffee either, there were hot food choices and they were tasty. The gentleman at check-out was very personable and efficient. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I'm traveling through this area.

Positive: Location and they had parking for semi. Negative: Wasn't the best stule people there and alot smelled like pot.

I would not recommend staying here. The place smells terrible when you walk in. The further in you walk, the worst the smell gets. The bed and wash cloths were filthy. The entire bed cover was covered in bodily stains, dirt, and debris. The carpets are filthy and smelly as well. The front desk lady was not friendly at all.

The service offered is quite basic, and it would be great if amenities such as room fresheners and paper towels could be provided. The AC unit in the room was also quite noisy, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. Additionally, the breakfast quality could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.
