Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, everything was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. It was truly awesome with a great variety of fresh options. A special thank you to the lady who prepared the breakfast; her hospitality was outstanding. She was so kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect and making me feel right at home. It is rare to find such genuine warmth and high-quality service. If you are looking for a place with great amenities and top-notch hospitality, this is it. I will definitely be staying here again!

For Reference: Titanium / Lifetime Platinum / ~900 nights @ Marriott / 2 night stay with car||Overall this was a fine Fall 2025 Connecticut stay with a spouse and toddler. The service was decent at check in, and at breakfast with that staff member over the weekend.||The breakfast hours are unbelievably short and honestly just stingy at just 7-9am. Outside of an actual B&B, I have never experienced a breakfast period that was so short at any hotel Marriott branded or otherwise anywhere in the world. On top of the fact that if people finished a certain part of the food (i.e. fruit) in first 30 mins, the staff were told not to refill it. Positive: I loved the area and the decor of the hotel! It accommodated my needs Negative: During my stay of the trip, my heater was broken in my room. My phone was also broken as well. When asking for maintenance, the staff was great on the phone however maintenance didn?t come until 2-4 hours later. Due to poor timing, issue wasn?t fixed.

Do not stay here…..I recently stayed at this hotel and had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Marriott property. The room and bathroom had a strong urine smell that was immediately noticeable upon entry. One of the towels in the bathroom was hanging with what appeared to be feces on it, which is completely unacceptable from a cleanliness and hygiene standpoint. I was assigned room 422. The in-room phone did not work, so I could not even call housekeeping and had to go out in the cold to reach the front desk. I walked down to speak with the manager on duty, Mike, and requested that the room be cleaned or serviced. His response was, “we don’t clean rooms for 3 nights or less; we only clean on the 4th day,” and he made no effort to resolve the situation, offer an alternative ro

They were consistently kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful in a way that made the stay feel personal rather than transactional. One night, my door lock completely stopped working and I was locked out — on one of the coldest nights. Since the Residence Inn room entrances are outdoors, it wasn’t an easy situation. The team couldn’t open it right away, but they stayed outside in the cold with me for hours, doing everything they could to fix it. Their effort and care in that moment meant a lot.
