Hampton Inn Hartford/Airport

Staff was very personable. Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast. Coffee available in the lobby all day. Room was bright and roomy. Bbq spot next door was excellent. Highly recommend over the other hilton next door.

This Hampton Inn has it all, most especially customer service that is a lost art these days. I called from the airport to see if I could get an early checkin and Rosa was extremely helpful in making this happen for me so I could chill out before my afternoon meeting. The shuttle was fast and even picked me up at 3:45 am to catch a 5 am flight. Really a terrific 3 star hotel that almost feels 5 stars.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, and convenient location near the airport. The shuttle (24-hour service) is easy to use. There also appears to be a public transport bus that could get you there and, if you don't mind mixed sidewalk and shoulder, you can also walk.

We stayed here in room 325 on 9/29/25. It is our third stay at this hotel|Our check in by Yasmeen was great, she was very helpful and able to get us a room before 3 pm..|The property is easy to find (about 3 mi. from the airport) , but it can be a little tricky getting into the parking lot coming from the airport. The grounds and lobby are very nice. There is plenty of free parking and there is an airport shuttle (which if you need it, you should sign up for when you check in).|The room was medium sized, clean quiet and the beds were comfortable. Hotel is in a great location and close to the airport. You have a lot of restaurants nearby, including a great barbecue place next-door. The rooms were a little outdated and needed some touchup. Service wasn’t very friendly at the front desk and I felt bad even asking questions. They definitely don’t greet you as you come into the hotel and didn’t recognize my diamond status.
