Hilton Garden Inn Frederick

Quick travel stop. Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean, furniture newer and we liked the design of the suite. Used the digital key and never had to stop at the front desk. Reasonable price also.

Hair in bathtub, shower went from hot to cold. The water was a steady drip that lasted entire stay.Tried to reach out at front desk several times during day but no one was to be found. Tried to contact on phone no answer. Lovely pool, my grandchildren and their friend had a great time until the man at front desk told us we are not allowed to have parties at the pool so they were banned from pool for the remainder of stay. There was no party there was no present no cake just my family and a friend who had a room we paid for. Man was VERY rude and embarrassed us in the lobby with others watching. Another staff member stepped in and stopped him. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Outstanding service, clean comfortable rooms, hot plentiful coffee and iced water available. The staff, to a person, was friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about the gentleman who cooked my "made to order" breakfast. Will return, would definitely recommend. Oh, and I was able to charge my car in the parking lot.

Positive: "" Negative: I BBC was there for 3 days and never saw housekeeping. The shower soap ran out. When I called the front desk no one answered even after 20 rings. The exercise room was missing 30 pound dumbbells.

Booked this hotel primarily because the ad showed a pool and a hot tub. Unfortunately there is no hot tub and the ad has not been updated. The pool was out of order because of a sprinkler problem. I considered leaving immediately and booking someplace else, and so sorry that I didn't do that. Could have paid half as much to stay someplace else but also included breakfast. Also something weird was going on with the kleenex box in the bathroom, there were several weird kleenexes stuffed into the top... I pulled them out trying to get to fresh, and found that they were all wet, as well as the box. Absolutely disgusting. I don't even want to imagine where that box fell to get wet. 😵‍💫 I threw it in the garbage. When I tried to call the front desk the phone is not working So I used my cell, and
