Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Myers

The rooms looked amazing.The front desk person was kind and helpful. I know some people were complaining about having to be walked to the door because their key count system wasn't working. But I'd rather enjoy it. Then, come to find out the person who walked us to the door was also the person who was cooking on the weekends. It was nice to see another smiling face who was so kind to us before. This would highly recommend the hotel, and we'll definitely be back.

We stayed in the residence Inn by Marriott in Fort myers. Everyone was extremely nice. Jackeline Vaca was extremely helpful & super sweet. She went above and beyond to help. She made my family and I had everything we needed. I look forward to seeing her smile again tomorrow morning at breakfast. She made our day!

I love staying here. The entire staff is amazing. They are always helpful and friendly. Even if all of a sudden the front desk gets busy with several guests, they handle everyone quickly and with a smile. Jackeline Vaca is wonderful handling breakfast. She makes sure you always have what you need and even handles special requests.

The complimentary breakfast is the best! Jackeline Vaca has been so kind and helpful every morning. She’s restocking items constantly and making sure the coffee is hot! It’s so nice to wake up to a smiling staff member like her. They have great rotation of food for breakfast hot and cold. Highly recommend this location.
