Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Framingham

Stayed here for 2 nights rather than paying for a hotel in Boston. Wasn't disappointed to say the least!! Staff is fantastic, room was way more than we expected for the price! More of a suite than a room, full living room, full kitchen and separate bedroom and bath with a walk in shower. That feature alone was worth it as my partner uses a walker and has trouble getting in and out of a tub. Recent renovation at this hotel and it's super clean, super friendly and accommodating. Would most definitely stay here again!! And the included breakfast was great as well!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything was excellent. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and super clean. The bed was cozy and the whole room felt fresh and well taken care of. The bathroom was also great — very clean, modern, and with good water pressure, which is always a plus! The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and was always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel renovation looks beautiful, everything feels new and very nice. The manager Desiree upgraded me to a 2-bedroom (my points only covered a one bedroom) so I was very appreciative. They also were able to honor my request for the top floor. I'm a super light sleeper and my room was on the end toward the highway. My husband (in the other bedroom) was sleeping soundly (heavy sleeper) but at 10pm at night I knew the traffic and trucks would keep me up. I called the front desk and they let me move to a single room at the other side of the hallway to sleep. This happened to me at another hotel once where that hotel said we both had to move along with our belongings...but the person at the front desk promptly found a room and said go get sleep. This is why I'm a Marriott Gold member and why I really appreciated this hotel!

Positive: "" Negative: There needs to be USB ports in this day and age. Not sure how you can have a desk situation for people to do work and no USB ports. The breakfast was mediocre.

Hello, I would like to leave my incredible experience in this hotel!!! This is our second time and it was better than our first stay. The rooms are now super comfortable and the furniture is much better than before. The super friendly and always attentive people, I entered with fear for the last experience I had in 2024 and leaving realized now in 2026. Happy people who make our day even happier, a delicious breakfast full of sweets, I loved it and will be back soon with my family
