Motel 6 Framingham, MA - Boston West

The staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms is poor. In the first room, the toilet was leaking water from the base, which required us to change rooms. In the second room, the toilet initially worked but completely stopped flushing by the following morning. Both rooms felt unclean, with visible grime on tables and desks and stains on the walls. In addition, the bed in the second room had a noticeable bloodstain on the comforter and a cigarette burn, which was particularly concerning from a cleanliness and hygiene standpoint. Very Bad experience. Minus 0….Checked in because of an upcoming snow storm. Had requested for a room with refrigerator. When I got to my room and unpacked everything, noted that there was no refrig….went back to the check in desk. I was asked if i wanted to change rooms? Of course, yes.. was brought to room 317 from room 310. Had to take all my stuff to the new room. Got settled. Fridge was there. Turned the faucet at the sink to brush my teeth but not water…. The bathroom was disgusting as far as maintenance. Tub clean but gross looking, The cocking around tub and toilet was poorly done. Was afraid to take a shower…Maintenance guy was unprofessional and dirty looking as I was checking out. When i made the complaint at the desk, he step in and rudely said “I ordered the Parts”! Positive: Front desk staff very accommodating! Negative: Elevator out of service on 4th floorRoom cleaning was horrific!!!!Huge potholes in parking lot.Lots of loitering and litter in parking lot.Morning coffee service was gross!They have a severe infestation of bed bugs including in the refrigerator!!!!

My stay at this motel 6 was beyond great! I had a longer than usual time frame but the accommodated me every step of the way. The rooms are a good size, well kept & very clean. The back view of the highway from my room was beautiful and the heat worked great on the very cold nights. The best part of my stay was most definitely the staff! Angela and Jessica at the front desk were superb, hospitable and so kind! Solomon was always so friendly and gave a warm greeting. The house keepers as well are always willing to help. The staff work around the clock to make sure the many guest of all backgrounds have an excellent stay. Thank you Motel 6 for your outstanding hospitality!

Nice people working at the desk, but unfortunately, the hotel rooms are in poor shape. I checked in and unpacked, but checked out immediately after seeing two roaches run across the bathroom floor. I guess it's a recent problem, but the place seems pretty sketchy in general. There's also nowhere to walk dogs if you come with one, especially true in the winter when any walkways nearby seem unnavigable.
