Renaissance Framingham Hotel & Conference Center

Shakirah and Neveen we're absolutely amazing. In particular Shakira really was very pleasant and made sure I had what I needed for my room. She let me know what my different options were a for extending my stay. I made multiple trips to the front desk they both made me feel welcome and comfortable. ||In addition to hotel room was very nice especially the remodeled room that I had. Overall it was a great experience that I will definitely come back when I'm in the area

Positive: The room we stayed in was newly remodeled, and very clean. It however, was not the room that we booked. Negative: We booked a different suite that what was given to us to stay in. It was smaller than what we booked. The woman did refund some of our money because the room we stayed in was cheaper. There was supposed to be a pool. It is closed currently.

Hotel staff was the main reason for this score. Was there for a conference and the staff handled us with ease. From essy check in and check out to any requests we had, they did it with a smile. They are doing minor renovations but even with that there was almost no interruption from the hat and needed to do. They are doing rooms were clean and spacious. It did take a while for the shower to get hot on the first day but after that it was all good. Spent some time at the bar in the lobby and the bartenders were elite! From the beer recommendations to the conversation they really kept it light! There's a Starbucks in the hotel which is very convenient but the person did call out one morning so we couldn't enjoy it. Even with that I still give 5 stars because the front desk staff was on it! F

Had to stay close to work and very close Rooms very nice. My biggest complaint is not having any kind of house coffee available and having to wait until a restaurant opens to get it and you probably have to pay for it. This is generally a standard at any nice hotel and not that much of an ask for people up early getting ready for work. Do better

Don't waste your time here, not a bad establishment but management is a joke, the employees will speak over you if you come to them with an issue (Lisa especially) and they will not try to resolve issues unless you escalate. Even then they haven't resolved my issue after over a year of loyal rewards member time.
