Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Framingham

It was tricky finding the hotel in the dark as there is a large Sheraton under construction/renovation nextdoor. But that hotel is not open. We finally found the Marriott across the parking lot. It is elegant looking from the outside resembling a ski resort. Warren, the hotel clerk, was professional and greeted us upon arrival. ||Beautiful hotel. Very modern. Next to the lobby was a nice large lounge room with large TV and comfy chairs and couches to sit on. The elevators resembled small entryways into a castle & as you enter the elevator it’s actually larger than one would think (unique architectural feature). Our room was spacious and we loved having a couch. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the night light feature in bathroom so you could still see in the dark. There were ample

A Little bit confusing as to just how many different hotels are in this hotel and also a challenge to get to if you're coming from the west (turn at Wendy's). However, the rooms are quiet and comfortable and the breakfast is good. Overall a pleasant stay.

I booked this hotel for my family’s visit to my daughter who is studying at Wellesley. I made a mistake as it is further away from Wellesley than the hotels in Natick. So it is mistake on my part and has nothing to do with the hotel. All in all I would prefer the hotels in Natick as there are more shops and restaurants in Natick.

They only service your room every 2 days. We checked in on Friday. Didn’t service our room until Tuesday after we complained at the front desk Monday night. They had to bring new towels because they hadn’t serviced the room. Thursday they didn’t service either and we were out of TP , towels and soap. Saturday and Sunday and the following Saturday the oatmeal at breakfast was cold. Monday someone spilled something sticky in front of the garbage cans in the breakfast room. No one cleaned it until I pointed it out. By that time people had tracked the sticky substance all over the breakfast room. Difficult to find the entrance initially as it is behind a Sheraton under repair and the entrance signs point toward the Sheraton. Won’t stay here again.

Absolutely horrible hotel I was lying in from California because my mother passed away and I wasn’t able to get there because my flight was canceled. They took my points. They refuse to return them. They will charge you for any cancellation even if you call I never has a titanium member through Marriott will never go to married again. I will always go to a Hilton. These people are horrible. Do not stay here!
