Red Roof PLUS+ Boston - Framingham

Stopped in late to be ready for Logan Bus. Room was lovely! Nice & warm on a cold night. Patty was at the desk and gave me some trail food and water. Just what I needed!! This is a great place to stay if you’re taking the bus to Logan or have business in the Framingham area.

Angie at the front desk was very accommodating, switching my room over from a standard to one upgraded with a refrigerator. Convenient check-in and affordable price. The large bed and L shaped desk or very welcomed. It’s also pet friendly!

I would’ve given this a 2.5 star rating if I could instead of just a 2. Rooms are a bit small for a king bed. Place is quite old although renovated…kind of. It’s still a motel and you can tell the place has been treated a bit rough by the previous tenants. Pets are allowed to stay free, which is a HUGE bonus and why I stayed. The room unfortunately only has one small trashcan, which is inadequate, especially if housekeeping does not come in if you leave your pet in the room, which is understandable. There is no housekeeping on Sundays! So ask for extra towels and such if you arrive before a Sunday! The tissues you get are the kind you put in your purse, but when they cleaned my room they did not leave the ones I had, nor did they give me new ones. Good thing I have toilet paper to use as t

Positive: Clean and comfortable. Administrative, housekeeping, and maintenance staff are excellent. They're professional, helpful, and very polite. Manager deserves credit for hiring many of them and for creating the work environment here. Negative: Nothing.

I stayed here due to unforeseen circumstances ( place we are renting was not deleaded as promise before moving in so we had to stay ere for 4 days.:(, No Internet, no fridge to store food, TV didn't work and when I called front desk, I was instructed to unplug wait them replug back in. Other than that nothing i can do" Are you kidding me. My daughter just had a baby. To add to this. we have not had hot water to shower for two days. Seriously this is not ok. When contacted front desk," Not sure what happen I can give you a key to go to another room to shower" It is 2 degrees are you kidding me
