Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel

I truly don’t have enough words to describe how amazing my experience was at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel. From the moment I arrived, Cheryl at the front desk completely elevated my stay. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm were exceptional. During check-in, she took the time to clearly explain all the hotel amenities, making sure I knew exactly what was available. Even more importantly, she made me feel sincerely welcomed and valued. That level of recognition and hospitality does not always happen elsewhere, and it truly made a difference. The breakfast team was also fantastic. The overall energy of the staff reflected genuine care for guests. Outstanding service all around!

so this isn’t a five star hotel. but for 160 bucks after a long day trying to get to chicago from nyc this hotel might be a mike from the airport: it was clean, pillows were great, and staff were super nice, speedy and professional. grabbed some starbucks from the bar area in the morning ( they have breakfast) that was delicious and jumped on the highway/right off 70. the decor is tired but not shabby.

I couldn't find a reservation email for a stay I booked so I called the hotel to talk to someone to see if they could find my reservation (to make sure I booked it). He said he found one so I asked him to email me the confirmation. Then he asked for the last 4 of the CC I used to book. Ok, first off, the email was submitted when I reserved so I shouldn't have to verify anything...just send the email to whatever is on file and we can end the call. There are no privacy concerns here. So I gave him 2 different set of numbers because I ONLY have 2 cards and would have booked with one of them. He said neither matched. I know what I have. I know I only have 2 cards. I know their balances and everything about them. If something was booked using another card, it wasn't me. When I tried

Rooms are clean. Views are great. Being so close to airport concerned me about noise but was very quiet. Staff was excellent on check in/out. Staff both for breakfast and dinner were exceptional. I ate both at the bar and at Eeros. Good food and drink at both places.

Positive: The hotel was nice and clean. Enjoyed the fitness room. Negative: Paid parking and the app associated with it ($20 per day), and an up to $15 charge for wi-fi per day.
