Relax Inn Saint Charles

There were roaches all over the room. I went to smack one of the roaches with a towel and a fly came out of the towel. Cigarette burns in the comforter/cover. The baseboards were coming off of the wall. There was a big huge hole in the wall next to one of the beds. No refrigerator in the room. There was a spot in the floor that was wet. The sheets and towels looked clean, but I can’t promise you anything. If you can afford anything else in the area, definitely go there.

Our room was horrible. truly unfit for a stay. But we stayed because we were exhausted and it was late. I never let my bare feet touch the floor it was so nasty. Beds were poorly made in that bed skirt was on floor and blankets disheveled. Sheets appeared to be clean and tucked in. At least on our bed. Bedside lamps weren’t plugged in. upholstered chair was in shambles. No coffee set in room as was advertised. Holes all over the plaster walls. I think we were the only car here! Really frighteningly dirty carpet floor. Towels looked clean. Bathroom plumbing looked newish but Caulking all stained etc . Smoke detector was loosely hanging from ceiling. That’s about all I can say. The office is “secured” by thick glass keeping the proprietor safe. I think this place should be condemned. On

Motel is not well maintained, appearance wise. Bed was comfortable. No coffee pot in room. No extra blankets. If you're looking for an inexpensive overnight stay, it works. I won't go back.

I stay here all the time and the staff is great except for one girl who is the overnight girl and when she is here she keeps going back and forth from her car about every 40 to 50 minutes sometimes an hour and sets off her car alarm when she locks her car she keeps going back and forth from her car in the middle of the night. I thought it was somebody else and called her about it on the phone and she let me believe it was somebody else when she knew it was her and then I happened to catch her one evening. I said it was you and she threatened me she said watch it I work here and maybe you don't need to stay here anymore. What a jerk. Whenever she's the overnight girl she keeps setting off her Horne when she locks it. She knows what she's doing and she's doing it on purpose. Otherwise I'd gi

The refrigerator was moldy all around the rubber inside and the microwave didn’t work.  I moved to a different room and that refrigerator was the same way.  The room also smelled moldy so I kept the door open as Much as I could.
