Relax Inn LAKELAND

No pool no breakfast no towel holders no mirrors. No night stands had a salamander in our room one night. Some towels were yellow not white No shampoo. No tissues no hair dryer No cabinet with drawers. Ice machine outside looked like it was 100 years old. Didn’t work. No coffee maker no cups very little toilet paper. Pedestal sink so no place to put tooth brushes or anything else.

I stayed on 8/30/25 when I got into room I noticed my bedding on both beds looked dirty so I hurried and got my stuff upstairs in 252 cause I was in Uber and went to office asked for new bedding and the guy said he didn't feel like walking up there to see and why didn't I bring them down when I came and I said just in case.yall told me you can't get linen like alot of hotels say. So he opened Laundry door and told me to get what I needed so I did. I also noticed that he was walking barefooted i went back up to room to strip the beds and before I got the other one stripped he was knocking on door asking where the dirty linen was and I told him I was stripping the 2nd bed now.and I'll be down well when I went back down he.asked how many people were in room I told him 2 adults 2 children he

I had a great experience staying at the Relax Inn . The room was clean and comfy. And I will be returning in the future.

My husband and I stayed at this motel twice the first time we stayed in 233 and the water was cold. Ok we reported it. Second time we pacifically asked for a certain room knowing it wasn’t rented the man refused us the room we wanted. Then put us in 241 the water was also cold and the furniture is horrible and the room smells like cigarettes and weed. And I seen roaches on the table. We complained our concerns to the guy working and he was rude. Didn’t try to help us. Very poor customer service.

Roaches and piss stain on the bed, it was disgustingly gross, the stench was unbearable.
