Not sure if it was only my room, but when the heat turned on it was loud and continuously woke me up to the point I put on warm clothes and turned it off

So…. I stayed here against my better judgment but after she let me do a walkthrough. This hotel has great potential. It needs a good deep cleaning and it can bring up your reviews. I grabbed some cleaning supplies from the Dollar General and cleaned it to my liking(I have a three night stay). The bed is firm, I can tell it is clean(bcz I pull covers and mattress out, don’t play!!) The young lady up front is so sweet and very helpful. Doors are in a hallway but most every room has big patio door to the outside. The dead bolt in my room doesn’t turn, like it’s stuck , and the latch hinge inside is missing a piece. This hotel has some of the grossest rooms I’ve ever had the displeasure of entering in a motel. The room we were given while my husband worked tirelessly plumbing in 4 new hot water heaters to replace the old furnace was absolutely filthy, smelled of musty water, and had a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom that stretched the entire length of the bathtub. Now that’s what I call hospitality! I give you fair warning if you are considering booking a night in this hellhole! Save yourself the aggravation and find a different place to spend the night, because the best you will do in this nasty establishment is burn holes in the bedding and mold on the walls. So gross.

Place is filthy. Floors not swept or washed in a long time. Toilet rocks and seat not fastened down. Bath towels very small and stiff. Bathroom sink faucet loose. Tub faucet leaks at spout. Water not hot, warm but not hot. Holes in bed spread from cigarette burns. No trash can. No remote. Plugs fall out of sockets. Large holes at bottom of door frames. Loaded with roaches. Price is NOT what it said on website. Showed her and she said it is really $20 more for a down stairs room, and only other room left was upstairs and it was a smoking room. 5 gallon paint bucket outside door. Used mattresses leaning against wall. Should have known it would be bad when they gave us the paper to sign, after we paid, and it states no refunds.
