The lady was rude. Told me to only sleep in one bed and to not bother them at night. It’s suppose to be 24/7 front desk. The room was gross with burn marks all over the tub and blankets. The towels were dirty! I was one of three different guests staying there and they were hateful like that. They are suppose to be in the hospitality business. I won’t be staying there again.

My wife and I did not enjoy this room. Staff was rude and snappy. We will not stay here again. Cigarette smoke could be smelled even around the non-smoking rooms. The entrance was on a one-way street, so you had to either go back up the interstate and get off on the next exit, or weave thru the parking lots of the adjacent businesses.

Bed bugs! They lied about having them. Instead of, at least excepting the possibility. They did comp my pay after lying to me ten different times. Only a small exaggeration. Wouldnt pay me for the clothes that are ruined now unless I want bedbugs in my own house. I even witnessed the man behind the counter being very rude to an elderly person. It wasn’t just one thing. Even denied my photo of bed bugs saying it wasn’t in the room. But I had more proof because I knew they would keep denying everything

Worst welcome! We initially booked for a 2 night stay but due to hurricane Helene impacting our earlier plans we changed flights and arrived 1 night earlier. I emailed the property to notify we would arrive around midnight. I never received a reply. I confirmed on their website they offered 24hr reception. When we arrived I was met by a female staff. No hello or greeting but I understand she would be tired. I handed over my CC and ID she tapped away at the computer for about few minutes and looked confused at my ID. Then without saying a word walked out the back, coming back again a few minutes later, this time with a man. Again no greeting. The man, very rudely shoved a pen and paper under the window and demanded my address. I explained it was on the back of my ID and it is an Australian
