Red Roof PLUS+ Wichita East

I have booked at the Red Roof numerous of times before. Me and my partner stayed on the third floor and we had a balcony view. It was so beautiful and amazing. The staff is so attentive to us we asked for towels and a King bed. It was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in in my opinion. The pool is amazing and it’s heated and we loved the jacuzzi and sauna. I really appreciate the Manager Angela she is so sweet and her personality is just too tier I can’t even explain how amazing this women is and we family is just as amazing. I would highly recommend booking at the Red Roof Inn.

Ok so they gave me a room full of holes in the drywall. Then when I asked for extra towels cuz there were stains on it the front desk guy said to shower in the morning...cuz he was doing laundry... so I just used one of their smaller towels. The water was either really hot or kind of really hot. I came out of the shower freshly boiled. The bathroom sink faucet has really low water pressure also. My mattress was really sunken from people sitting on the edge and they were too cheap to replace it. So it's definitely not for comfort. It's a bit ghetto no offense to poor folks. Go here if you really can't pay for more but honestly look for a nice motel. Just avoid this place. And as a final goodbye the door of my room pulls into a wall so I jammed my hand and it hurt. Only stayed there one time it was a big mistake. Tried to save a little money at backfired. Literally the worst mattress I think I’ve ever slept on and I’ve slept on a lot of hotel mattresses.. Went to check in there was nobody at the desk nobody to Be found with a note that says call this number. Called the number and it wouldn’t let you leave a message The very rude employee showed up 10 minutes later to finally check me in before I was trying to call corporate headquarters and figure out what’s going on Got to my broom that smelled like a combination of mold, mildew and old sheets. Decoration was hideous to nonexistent Phone was broken. Couldn’t call the front desk because the TV wouldn’t work. Called the number from Google and got somebody to answer when I told him the TV was br

Positive: Easy check in and check out and they accommodated our request of more pillows and towels. Negative: Low quality cleanliness. The blankets, bedsheets, and towels still had stain on them. There were also old sheets just piled up in the hallway, near the doors. The walls had holes, and there were other things that didn’t seem clean and tidy.

The hotel room was clean. Because it sits close to the highway, there was a fair amount of road noise. There were some good extras: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, frig and microwave. The mattress and pillows were softer than I would have expected. The desk staff was friendly.
