Unsanitary Room, Misrepresented Amenities, and Missing Paid Upgrade. SHANE the man behind the desk when we left was THE ONLY PLEASENT PART! I am contacting you regarding our stay tonight at Red Roof Inn PLUS+ & Suites Knoxville West Cedar Bluff booked through Expedia. After an extremely difficult travel situation involving vehicle failure and towing expenses, we booked this property specifically to rest before continuing our drive home. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and the room provided was unacceptable and did not match what was advertised or what we paid for. First, we paid for the Premium Room upgrade which specifically advertised upgraded bedding and snack amenities. Upon arrival, the snack items that are listed as part of the premium room package were not provided. S

This hotel is our favorite place to stay when we come down south. We are from Pennsylvania so it's always a great place to crash after a long drive. The hotel is always clean and the rooms themselves are spotless. The showers are perfectly hot which I know are something we ALL want. The service is fantastic and Sherri at the front desk is a great employee we love coming in and seeing her, we always have great conversations and she is so nice and helpful, 11/10. Everything about this hotel is amazing including the price. The complementary breakfast is a perfect add on to a perfect stay. Run, don't walk, and book a room here NOW.

Positive: Breakfast was surprisingly decent. Negative: No elevator to get to 2nd floor. Room needed a good painting, lots of chipped paint. Stain on sheets. No back in remote. People outside smoking pot.

Im not going to pretend it some fancy hotel but honestly it was great for the price. My room was 76 and it was large! 2 queen beds, and the pool access right outside a sliding door. The tub was stained but clean, no big deal. I will definitely return when I'm in the area. Plus location is awesome too. It's near everything i needed.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I called and asked if they could accommodate an early check in so I could get my 2 year old down for a nap and instead of checking I was told by the front desk girl “our check in time is at 3pm” and then hung up on. Didn’t even check if that would be a possibility. Thankfully the housekeeping lady did check, and did accommodate us right away because the room was clean and vacant. When we got in the room, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. That’s the only positive. The room smelled like dust and the hallways smelled old and musty. I’ve stayed in regular Red Roof hotels that were way nicer than this “plus” version. The first morning they didn’t have a working coffee machine.
