Red Roof PLUS+ St. Augustine

Had a quick stay for one night to see the Christmas lights. Check in was super easy and friendly. Room and bathroom were clean. Good size. Nice and friendly staff. Check out was quick and easy. I would def stay again :)

First, staff were very nice, friendly, helpful. Quiet stay. Good coffee. Being listed as St. Augustin, thought be better outside appearance. Run down. Horrible to get in and out, not motel fault, it's the way things are laid out. We would not be back . Now for the room, appeared remodeled one time, very poor workmanship. Room was not cleaned all that well. Lots of hair on floor, close to bed, had to sweep/clean before putting our belongings in. Doesn't appear they move anything to clean. Have to have a degree to work TV, plus it would always shut off around 11am. First towels given was very soft, after, towels were very rough. Ice machines on ground floor did NOT work. Laundry room, no lighting, would not use, didn't feel safe. Probably won't come back to this red r

Very clean room with a good attention. Liked it a lot for such price. The building was nice, we were on the second floor. You can still hear highway through the door but we all including our dogo had a very good sleep

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic stay at Red Roof PLUS+! The rooms are huge, spotless, and comfortable, with reliable hot water. The room attendants do an excellent job, and the front desk staff are always courteous, professional, and genuinely kind. The rates are very affordable, and allowing one pet to stay for free is a huge bonus. It’s hard to find a place this clean, welcoming, and pet-friendly. Highly recommend!

If I didn’t have to put any rating I would have. This place rates a negative rating as far as I’m concerned. First of all the room was so run down. I didn’t want to touch anything. I slept in my clothes. The bathroom, the sink are, the end table, everything was making my skin crawl. I didn’t even want my dog to walk on the floor in the room. The topper was we woke up to the bathtub filled with filthy water. Omg. It must have backed up during the night. Honestly I feel sick just thinking about it. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The only good thing I can say is that the two ladies behind the front desk were very nice.
