Great location. Easy highway access. Plenty to eat nearby. Staff at front desk was nice. Check in ans check out was easy. Only 2 elevators and 1 was out of order. Rooms were decent size. But definitely outdated. Furniture didnt look clean. Its a pet friendly hotel which is probably why. But then I would make sure the furniture is something that can be easily cleaned. Shower was gross looking. Im sure its clean but the rust made it look gross so I showered wkth flip-flops on. The ledge above toilet in bathroom looked like it was going to snap off the wall soon. Beds were comfy. No bed bugs. The foot of the 1 bed looked deformed upward. Walls were thin. Heard everything in the hallway and above us. And it looked like there was snot rubbed onto the wall beside the 1 bed. Gross.
This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an amazing atmosphere and warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. Rated this high in the past as this was my place to go when in this area. New owners or management over the past 8 years. I'm changing my rating as lately it's not the same. I asked Manager Ricky (by phone) in advance, if I could check in EARLY the following day. He said YES. When I got to hotel around 2pm....woman (her name slips my mind) at desk said NO. I told her Ricky said it was okay. She wanted to charge an early check in fee. Homey doesn't play that, so I said no thank you. (Been meaning to call Ricky and complain that she wouldn't let me in per his approval for early checkin and wouldn't even call him to check when I asked her to do so). It's their loss. I went over the Marriott Courtyard instead. I won't be back. She F*c*ed it up.
Guy was pushy about making us use card for our $150 dept. You’re not warned about this deposit when you first book the hotel. It’s sprung on you at check in. Pretty sure we wouldn’t have gotten it back had we paid card. The whole hotel inside and out is dingy, old, and very outdated. The room was ok. It was decently clean. But the bottom of the bathtub was PEELING. Water pressure was way too hard. The water temps were awful. It was either cold or hot. And there’s constantly people lingering outside the building. I woke up to someone knocking on the door for 5 minutes at 7:30 in the morning. Housekeeping was loud as they went through the rooms. Cackling and yelling at each other. On the last day of our stay, our keycards were deactivated before we checked out. Had one of us not stayed in
TERRIBLE ! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLL !!!! very very disappointed. Checked in yesterday first we couldn’t find the entrance because there was no sign or anything. As soon as we walk in smells extremely disgusting. Like bleach & death. They give us the key to our room and one elevator works and the other one is broken. As soon as we step in it felt like we were going to fall. Walking through the hallways you can just smell straight cigarettes. We walk in our rooms and we see mold in our walls . Super disgusting & the restroom you can see dirty stuff in the wall. The outlets weren’t even working. We immediately call the front desk they give us another room and WOW more mold !!! VERY VERY DIRTY 😭 we immediately said we need to go somewhere else while we were moving rooms a guy is smoking in the
