Hampton Inn Boston Woburn

Following a long period of travel, checking into the Hampton Woburn was a welcome experience. The staff demonstrated professionalism and provided excellent assistance. My accommodations, including the bathroom, were both clean and spacious. I encountered no issues during my stay and found it to be very pleasant. I'd like to extend my gratitude to Anthony for his professionalism and assistance during the checkout process. I anticipate returning for future stays.

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at this Hampton Inn in Woburn (January 8-11). We have been completely satisfied with all three of our stays here. The hotel is in a great location, a short drive to the Anderson-Woburn train station, the Market Basket supermarket, restaurants, and the Burlington Mall. The hotel itself is a very quiet and comfortable place to stay. Its rooms (we had a king room) are spacious and very clean, and a good value for the price we paid. My husband and I would like to give a shout out to Lakeysha at the front desk. She was very welcoming, and went above and beyond to address any needs we had during our stay. |The Hampton Inn Woburn has become our go to place to stay when we are in this area.

Positive: The young lady that worked at the front desk, was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and great with the guests. Negative: It was a little difficult to find. The street signs need to be more plentiful and easier to read.

Very beautiful hotel! The exercise room was huge and hade wipes to wipe down the equipment. Multiple areas to sit or eat in the lobby. The breakfast was always fantastic! The room was great but I suggest bringing ur own pillows. You also need to call for room service cleaning. The TV was a pretty good size, and the bathroom was nice.

Updated. The hotel is very clean, nice amenities, and a good hot breakfast. Location is also very convenient to many restaurants and the highway. They do surprise you with a $150 incidental hold for a single night stay. This is written nowhere during booking or in hotel policies, I checked everywhere before I stayed— incidental holds are typically only $50 per night if any. Bad start.. but ultimately a decent nights stay.
