I like the location even though it is not walking distance to anything convenient as far as food or drinks but it is close, if you're mobile, to a lot of great food options as well as entertainment and shopping. I also did like how quiet it was. The rooms need to be cleaned properly and the beds need to be updated, my bed was broke and the room was very dusty and the air conditioning system vents were very dirty and the toilet had a leak. They need to clean better and update the beds. The room that you get ice had dirty floors and was disgusting and smelt really bad.

Positive: The location was great. The cleaning staff was awesome. The long term residents were cool. Negative: The day office staff had a poor attitudes. The hotel was roach infested. Dirty as hell.

I truly want to thank and appreciate the Red Roof Inn in Hanover for their wonderful hospitality and service. This location is so peaceful and pleasant, and I highly recommend it to any travelers — or anyone just looking to get away for a quiet night. A special thank you to the owner for going above and beyond with the care and service you provide to your guests. The front desk staff and housekeeping team work so hard to make sure everyone comfortable, safe, and have everything needed. The hotel is always clean and welcoming — definitely a 10/10 stay! First off I want to say we have had a membership with this chain for years because we travel with our dog. We've had some ups and downs, but this one takes the cake. After 3pm, room wasn't ready. OK, it happens. We were meeting people so we didn't notice a few things like no coffee supplies, etc. Refrigerator had not been cleaned out from previous guest. It was late, we were told we would be refunded. We had planned on 2 nights, but decided to move. My husband went in to check out and was told no refund. I was outside taking pictures.
