Red Roof Inn Washington, NC

I highly recommend this hotel. It was a good basic hotel. Service was good. People were friendly. As typical and economic hotels, the shower water pressure wasn't the best nor was the shower head. Breakfast they offered sausage, scrambled egg discs and a few other items you could have made your own waffles if you want. It was modest but quite sufficient. Yes, I liked this place. I felt safe there. I felt secure there and going back to Washington. I will stay there. Dogs are allowed.

This use to be the best hotel around and was much cleaner but now it’s truly a mess. This is after I changed my room. Both rooms had stained blankets and hair under the covers. And I’m stuck because I booked thru a 3rd party. I don’t think I will stay here again ever since I’m stuck sleeping in this chair in the room I could have slept in my vehicle as I’m on the road traveling. I would like management to reach out to me as this is unacceptable for any one. P.s the rooms smells terrible cause of the pets

Positive: The location was convenient. Negative: The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. We should not have to sweep and clean the bathtub

The experience was terrible we previous booked the banquet room for my sister-in law birthday party. I called the hotel to make sure the room was cleared out. The front desk lady said they didn't move anything because we didn't pay the deposit. I told her the manager said we didn't have to pay until that day and my husband was a witness to what she had said. The manager said " Don't worry nobody will book it so you will be good". Needless to say I was furious if that was the problem the money would have been paid. The manager that we talk to was friendly the day the room was booked we even offer to move the things out for them the front desk lady said they couldn't allow that because of liability issue . So my problem is this hotel has poor customer service and I should know because I work

The front desk staff was excellent friendly, helpful and making sure the room was exactly what I expected. It was better than I expected from Upgraded Decor, Furniture, Bed, Frig, and microwave. It was what you would expect from an upper raked Hotel. The location is on a quiet street, yet plenty of fast food close by and breakfast here from 6 -9AM. I will definitely use again.
