Hampton Inn Washington

We were in town for a quick trip and stayed here. We have been here a couple of times before. The room we were in had been updated since the last time we were there. They are also in the middle of renovating the pool area, though we have never used it while staying there. The room was tidy and clean, and we slept well there like we normally do. Will definitely stay again if we are in town again in the future.

Me and my husband stayed here during Christmas to see our new grand baby. We got the warmest greetings from a nice gentleman name Anthony. He made us feel like we were at home. He knows what hospitality means. We had a clogged toilet one evening and Anthony came up to our room got unclogged with a big smile. Every evening upon our return greeted us and made us smile. Always had hot fresh coffee for us and also recommended some great eats. The breakfast here was perfection to by a nice girl name Brandi. We are so pleased to meet theses two and how they made our trip not wanting to end. Please let these two employees know me and my husband will be back just for them. Please give them some kind of raise or reward.

Positive: We were in town for my Mother’s funeral. The compassion and patience provided to us be Front Desk Staff in particular, and the kitchen staff was very much needed by our family. We cannot thank you staff enough. Negative: ""

We came to attend the funeral of a close family member. Stayed in room 320, I found a live bedbug on my pillow case in the morning. I caught it and showed to Manager Blake. We were assured that the hotel did not have a problem with bugs. He moved us to room 400. Immediately found a dead adult German cockroach on floor and killed a baby roach on table. I took both to the supervisor on duty at the front desk who assured us the exterminator would be sent that day to our room. When we returned in the late evening we killed 7 more roaches all over the room while all the lights were still on. (I videoed a few before killing them to show the front desk). It was disgusting. I sent videos and photos to manager and he has never responded. We had to move to a hotel inn Greenville at midnight. I’m a

This hotel is amazing first staff were spectacular. Very peaceful relaxing location everything is right around the corner and within a mile. We felt extremely safe here and the other guest were also amazing. We had a 10hr drive and the rest we got was amazing. I highly recomend this hotel its worth the price. You have to check it out 😌
