Red Roof Inn & Suites Denton

My family and I stayed here for 1 night. The employees who checked us in were very nice and accommodating. They were pretty full when we were there, but they were still able to accommodate us with a 1st floor room. We will definitely be staying again! The room was clean WITH NO BUGS!! Beds are extremely comfy. I highly recommend this motel!👍👍👍

Positive: There is a Waffle House and a Dennys just across the street - The staff was very friendly Negative: the bathroom floor wasn't very clean - there was quite a bit of hair on the floor

Hotel is extremely dirty and smells. Sheets did not appear to be changed, I found hair in my bed and the other bed had cigarette burn holes. Trash left from last guest found behind the chair. Hotel staff lives in the hotel (they are very pleasant) but hotel reeks of cooking food, air freshener, and cigarette smoke. Someone was smoking marijuana in hotel the our entire stay. I called the front desk at 6am and complained. It was so strong it woke both me and my son up. ||The only positive was nice staff, good a/c and hot water. Other than that I would recommend not to stay at this hotel.

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The person running the desk was rude at checkin, the whole damn building smells so heavily of incense it makes your sinuses burn and your throat hurt from breathing it in. Location is unsafe, with many vagrants hanging about ( there is an outside door that remains unlocked to the public.) Apparently, the front desk person gets locked in, but the guests are on their own. There was a very unsavory person LAYING in the middle of the second floor landing on the ONLY staircase. (Oh yeah, no elevator either.) He asked my husband and I if we “smoked that pipe” when we stepped over him to get upstairs. There were constant yelling and slamming doors from other people, screaming and carrying on. Doors to rooms are flimsy and would not offer a

I spoke to a lady on the phone who was apart of the 3 people I talk to that barely spoke English. Couldn't hardly understand them. They stated I'd pay a $75 deposit and get it back. The room was left completely untouched. No damage nothing stained nothing brokenI called two weeks later to ask why my deposit isn't returned. The guy initially with broken English of course, explained he was getting on the clock and to call back in about 30 minutes. I called back 30 minutes later to find what sounded like the same guy stated that they were getting off the clock and I needed to call back later. Asked what time I should and he hung up
