The room could have been cleaned better. The bathroom definitely could have been cleaned better. Half used soap bars and empty bottles were left in the shower.

Positive: The location was perfect. We didn't think we would have time to go to church but Pinelake right next door had an early service that fit our schedule especially since we could walk over. Negative: All was great

Awful! The hotel smelled so strongly it gave us headaches almost immediately. After checking in and walking into the room, I noticed it was unclean. We asked to cancel and be refunded. They offered us to check another room, also not clean. The desk clerk said we should get a refund once the manager accepts it. We'll, he hasn't. Our travel agents have contacted them to try to receive a refund, they refuse. I called back this morning and was hung up on since he told me he, "I won't refund you". Save yourself the time and hassle. Book somewhere else.

Scammers!!!!! Do not stay here unless u want to get charged twice for a stinky dirty room! Do not stay at any locations in the surrounding areas! they will charge your card twice and will not give you your money back! I tried calling this location multiple times and they do not answer phone i dealt with the third party that deals with booking they cant even get in contact with them! horrible experience! please be aware!
