Comfort Inn & Suites Clinton - Jackson West

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!||We stayed July 18th one night stay over for a long trip.||||This place is one of the worst hotels, an old motel 6 would have been better.||Booked inline as it was getting later in the evening and the other hotels in the area were full.||Pulled up to the front door and the police were out front dealing with a customer that was very unhappy,||we went in and got our rooms, 4 total for our family.||One room was so hot and humid and smelled , they said they had no other rooms and went in and tried to dehumidfy it in 15 minutes. this room also had spiders in it, the ac unit was so rusted and disgusting and took hours to cool the room down,||the second room all the blades for the ceiling fan were missing , there was an area on the floor where it seemed rotten and dang

The Checking into Hotel was fast and easy The front desk lady who waited on us was very friendly and helpful. We checked in on 1/25/2026. Checked out 1/26/2026. The room was very clean and neat. The bathroom had very soft and clean towels. The beds were comfortable. Got a great night sleep. The Breakfast they offer is amazing I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone. Great work ...

I don’t know when it became acceptable for hotels not to put blankets on beds, and not have them available at desk but that is ridiculous. But the lady at front desk and the lady at breakfast were both wonderful. The breakfast was better than most. Donuts, croissants, and ham. We had no problems with room. Halls were fragrant with some kind of room sent slightly strong, but not so much it gave me a headache. We are diamond members and they do not give snack and drink.

We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Clinton, MS, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming—every interaction felt warm and genuine. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with everything in perfect working order. The beds was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Parking was convenient, and the location made it easy to access nearby restaurants and stores. We had zero issues during our stay and genuinely enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!

This properties is a 1 star. The owner Mr Lee is a narcissist. My stay and experience was horrible. First the hotel has a pay at the hotel option. The night before my card was ran. The next morning, I recieved a call saying if I don’t pay in advance, the room reservation would be dropped bc it’s a busy weekend and he didn’t want to lose any money. Upon check in, the lobby was filled with people bc their keys wouldn’t work so the process to check in was long. After getting in the room, our whirlpool and bathtub paint was chipping. The whirlpool button was hanging out the socket. The light over the tub was out and the switch broken. The whirlpool cold water was not working. Nothing could be done and the answer the whole weekend was we sold out so nothing can be done. No credit nothing. Day 2
