Best Western Plus Clinton/Jackson

This hotel gets a 10 star. The entire experience was top notch. Our front desk girl at check in, Ceecila was absolutely so sweet. Our room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Then in the morning Candice was in the restaurant and was so accommodating. She got one of our friends some sausage gravy which was not out for breakfast that day. Then she stood chatting a bit and told us a few places to see in Clinton. It truly was a great stay. I’ll stay here again and for sure would recommend it to anyone who is wanting a clean, comfortable and friendly place. Two thumbs up for it all. I’ll be short and sweet. There was no shower curtain, there was no soap. There was a single shoe left in the floor from the last victim that stayed here as well as their room keys. Trash in the floor that could have easily been cleaned up. Front desk asked me if I already paid and then asked for my receipt from Expedia. Seems like they have some things to work out here.

Positive: The location Negative: The hotel was not clean. I found spots on my bedding, rust on the lamps, the chair in my room had white stains all over it and mildew and mold throughout the room. My son has asthma and is allergic to mold, he had an asthma flare up..

The staff was very friendly. ||The room was clean and quiet. ||The bed was comfortable. ||The breakfast was quite tasty.||The small couch made a comfortable place to watch television.

Very pleasant stay. Nice relaxing music playing in the lobby. Didn't smell overly sanitized. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety.
