Red Roof Inn St Louis – Westport/ Maryland Heights

Professional and courteous staff at check in. The guy checking me in was really chill and made sure all the boxes were checked. Redroof Westport needs to give that man a raise. Midnight shift. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice quiet area in st Louis County. Thanks for the peaceful stay.

I would not stay in this hotel if I was homeless, its an absolute ****hole. No reception just a small serving hatch as the reception was closed for some reason, where the keys are passed through to you. People smoking weed outside the room fair enough std now for the USA. Sex workers above us and yes they were renting rooms by the hour despite Red Roof denying this and a woman outside our room smoking with an electronic tag on her ankle. This tells you everything you need to know about this hotel chain. we lasted 45 mins then booked a hotel down the road which was lovely. If you want a hotel like this and with flaking paint on the aircon dirty rooms with mould all over the bathroom and 20 years of limescale on your taps then get it booked. Red Roof Inns your a disgrace to the Hotel indust

Positive: The staff was friendly enough when checking in and out. Negative: Not getting a refund when checking out early because the pictures online did not look anything like the actual room. The place is very dingy and in a very sketchy location.

My son picked me from DePaul Hospital at 434 am in the middle of the night.they only had 2 rooms left.they were very kind and understanding my room was clean and everyone was helpful I'm senior and a widow Sachi helped me down to elevator and manager was helpful every clean and welcoming!!! I'd give a one if i could. Do not EVER book with this place. Management is shady and the rooms are disgusting. My partner and i only booked a room here for extended stay because we were told AFTER CONFIRMING WITH FRONT DESK that our cats would be allowed. Upon check in however we were told the cats were in fact not allowed, and that pet policy was 'up to management discretion' (which was proven to be a lie because we not only read their policy but also talked to corporate twice on top of the manager then trying to back track when we filed a complaint). The room was also uncleaned and the bed unmade as well as the products in the bathroom being used. My partner took photos before we left and several calls later the manager AGAIN lied! he told us he went to check himself and the room was cle
