Quite easy access to hwy. Good Mexican restaurant, waffle House and gas station convent store all with in walking distance on same side of road. Room was basic no frills room. parked right in front of room. Like I said before no frlls. Basic hotel I felt safe and comfortable

I booked a 2 night stay not realizing the place has bugs. When I reported it to the front staff, Mira, she was extremely rude and defensive and tried to say "bugs don't just happen overnight" as well as "the room has been rented multiple times this week and nobody else saw bugs"--a statement that has me feeling VERY sorry for anyone else who stayed here and carried these bugs home. She also refused a refund for the night I "stayed" (left around 10pm after finding the bugs) despite advising me to check out. I am disgusted, this is my first time at a Red Roof Inn and my first time ever staying somewhere with bugs. I have pictures and video, there is built in shelving that clearly hasn't been cleaned under in months and almost all of the baby bugs scurried there when I found them. I also foun

Everytime I come here anymore, I wait ten minutes at the front desk just to be greeted and assigned to my room. I was told I couldn't use a pen. Very uncaring office staff. This motel used to be the best in the city. Room cleanliness has gone down, and as I've stated the front desk is absolutely terrible. My last stay, I was on the first floor, tv didn't work so then they moved me, after I packed everything in, to the 3rd floor. There were only six cars in the parking lot but they had no other first floor rooms? Just like with everywhere in this city, customer service is no longer a priority.

My stay was awesome!! Very quiet. The room was clean and smelled great. Very close to a lot of different options for food and entertainment. I will definitely stay there again
