Impossible to sleep here. Sleep in your car. There is negative sound insulation in the rooms on the roadside of the building. You can hear every single bit of braking and acceleration on the road 200 yards away. My deadbolt also didn't line up with the lock so I only had the failsafe wall hook for a true lock. Everything else was honestly good, but the loudness of the rooms basicly ruins the place regardless of when you are waking up or going to sleep.

Positive: The water pressure. Negative: Overall cleanliness and contents in the room were horrible. It had bugs running all over the place and the bed looked very ran down.

my experience at this property has been unacceptable from the moment I arrived. 1. Room Conditions My room was dirty, and several amenities that I was told justified the $83 nightly rate do not work at all: • The fridge has a foul smell • The microwave does not work • The coffee maker is missing the pot and has no coffee supplies • The phone in the room is dead, so I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk just to ask how to adjust the heat 2. Unsafe and Unprofessional Check-In Process The “lobby” is always locked, and guests must walk around to the back and speak to staff through a window, which feels unsafe and unwelcoming. The staff member who checked me in overcharged me the first night. When I asked why the rate was almost double, he said it was because I had not booked

After reading some of the reviews I was afraid to stay here, but I had already paid and it is nonrefundable. I was pleasantly surprised as the room was very clean, very quiet all night long, and the office staff was very professional. My pet peeve in motels is low water pressure, but in our room it was as strong as a car wash!! I was very happy with that, and the Waffle House was right outside our door. Most importantly, it was a simple 2 mile drive to the KY Expo Center. It was a good experience and we would stay here again.

Dave has been so very helpful on our extended stay. I am truly grateful for his kindness. The rooms are nice and warm. Housekeeping is very good!
