If 0 star was an option that's what I would pick. My reservation online they couldn't/wouldn't honor because their system was down. I was told I would have to pay cash even though I had already paid online. I was told my online reservation would be refunded, still don't have that money back. I had no cash so I had to leave and get cash. Once back and paid, given my room, finding the room was hard because the place has poor lighting and it was hard to determine which room was mine. Then in the room , right away I saw the roaches. LOTS AND LOTS OF ROACHES! Vent in bathroom had no cover, the bed spread was stained, and it smelled. I gather my things walk back to the office, say I want another room to which I was told I could have my money back because that was the best room they have. I expla

The staff is nearly non existent, the towel situation is concerning and no doubt the wifi has been down long since before I arrived. In terms of affordability the motel sells unsold rooms online for cheaper than it would in house on a weekly basis. If you want to save money buy online as the motel would rather sell rooms for cheaper to websites than to its tenants.

Booked a room online and got told their system has been down for days and will not provide refund. They legally robbed me. Can't even get placed into a different location.

We had to change our first room because there was a cockroach there. The second room was horrible too. There was dirt under the pillows, the towels were stained, the lock was broken and I got a rash on my hand after less than an hour in the room. I contacted expedia for a refund but the hotel is not replying to their calls and emails. Please find elsewhere to stay and save yourself the headache
