Best Western Crossroads Inn

Great room with comfortable bed. Nice blanket instead of a too-thick comforter. Elegant granite bathroom with 2 sinks and a bath with grab bars. AC was effective. Robust hot breakfast. Nice folks!

We only stopped to sleep. The hotel is in a quiet location and the front desk woman was very friendly. It met our basic needs and was clean. There are also several spaces for semi trucks or trucks with trailers to park.

When I returned home and received my Visa bill, I realized I have been charged $129 for a room that trivago had quoted me at 1:05 I believe. When I called the desk I was informed that I had been charged $20 for two bath towels. If you stay here which I would not recommend, I suggest you do a complete inventory with the desk clerk upon arrival and another upon departure. I am just. Thankful I wasn’t charged for a television or a microwave. I only stayed here because they had an inside entrance to the rooms and I was traveling alone from Tennessee. I will stay in Andalusia from now on.

Very friendly lady at checkin on 12/21/25. Pet friendly and those rooms are on first floor facing West. Quiet room so far. Clean lobby and room. Pet rooms are all 2 double beds. Breakfast was very nice after so many disappointments during our road trip to Dallas & back to Tampa. This hotel met all of our needs at a great price.

ALways a good place to stay when we are in the area. Clean rooms and quiet considering how close it is located to I-10. Nice staff. All indoor rooms and reasonably priced. Plenty of parking but to get there turn at light by hotel to enter by the side.
