Red Roof Inn Crestview

I just want to take a moment to shine light on what a wonderful job the staff at thre Red Roof inn are doing. They are always so polite, accommodating, and kind all around. I will say the housekeeping does a fabulous job, I enjoy the new dog area as well as being able to just stop in and chat with the management, they are all so sweet as well as run a clean kept hotel. Thank you red roof for being great, and they aren't even done yet. I was to take a moment to give the property manager her moment too as she is such a wonderful, kind hearted lady. You all keep doing the great things you are all doing.

I stayed at the Red Roof in Crestview, and my experience was good overall. The room itself was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable with fresh sheets, and the pillows were soft. The floor and furniture were tidy, and nothing felt dirty or worn out. The bathroom was also clean, with fresh towels. The air conditioner worked properly, The TV had plenty of channels to choose from, and the Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and worked without issues. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and they were happy to answer questions or provide extra items like more towels if needed. Positive: There's not much to say about this hotel. It was disgusting. There was dead roaches roaches crawling on the walls all over our stuff and the bed sheets were yellow and disgusting and the floors were nasty food and trash under the beds Negative: The fridge was nasty. All around, they could do better at housekeeping

This red roof and motel is one of the best in Crestview I would not stay any other place. The new management goes above and beyond to make you feel as you're at home. Maid services are top notch,check Inn was very easy and breakfast was very convenient, showers 🚿 very hot water witch I love especially with my back problems and the beds were amazing slept like a baby soo with what I'm saying is if your needed motel this is the spot. They also have no party's,drugs,loud music, and definitely not scary to stay here. They will have the light on and definitely be waiting for you in the office 24/7.
