Best Western of Crestview

I was confused at first because Maps gave me the address but it said Quality Inn but I was relieved to find out I was at the right place! Staff is so friendly, I relaxed at the pool for the weekend I stayed there ( early mornings and late evenings are the time to enjoy a relaxing time lounging at the pool) I don't workout so I didnt bother to check out their gym. Food was great. Oh and my room was peaceful. Big thumbs up!

As a family of 4, we recommend staying at this hotel! The room was clean & spacious with a friendly staff. I loved the pricing and location as everywhere else was sold out & way over priced. The only thing I didn't like was how the loud roaring noise the shower made. The dryer on floor 3 did not work at all so we had to go elsewhere to dry our clothing.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Have stayed several times in the last several months. My wife was traveling to Louisiana and stopped here for the night. She got in around 2:15. Check in time is 3:00. They made her wait. She was by herself with 2 dogs. We are also Diamond members with Best Western. You would think you would get a few perks. One of the few Best Westerns that also take security deposit They also charge for 2 dog cleaning fees. I think one is enough. Want be staying here anymore.

Staff was beyond amazing!!! Hotel was super clean, breakfast was yummy all 3 days of our stay, bed was super comfy and shower was one of the best I've had in a hotel. Varnet went above and beyond so gotta give him extra kudos. Thank you all for a wonderful stay in FL. Side note walls are thin and our neighbor woke us up every morning talking on her damn phone so do keep that in mind or your neighbors will know your life story hahaha Would give 5 stars but no local channels on the TV so we were not able to watch the Vikings game which was broadcasting nationally as the Sunday game of the wk.

Disappointed. Very nice, well kept hotel. But I had no hot water and no toilet paper. Late arrival so just wanted to get to sleep so waited till morning and reported it.
